DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We want to ensure that you receive your NYCMode order as quickly as possible. That's why we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible from the time your payment clears. Usually all orders will be shipped out within 24 business hours after your payment clears.
For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, a calculated shipping rate will be provided during the checkout process. Additionally, we offer Standard, Expedited, Second Day, and Next Day shipping services with guaranteed rates calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, NYCMode is unable to offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to include international destinations.
Please note that for orders shipping to Canada, it is considered an international order.

Once we have shipped out your order, we no longer have control over its delivery. In rare cases, the courier may mistakenly deliver your package to a neighbor or encounter failed delivery attempts. If you did not select "ROUTE - Package protection" at checkout, we recommend reaching out to UPS, FedEx, or USPS to file a claim and address any delivery issues.
